It is Brians goal to eventually own his own Tae-Kwan Do studio and to teach other children in the future.Brian is a member of the AAU and the USA Taekwondo divisions. He continues to gain experience and working toward the goal of possibly 1 day making the United States Olympic team.

Our Mission,as a family, whether he does indeed make the Olympics or not, is to continue his experience, and growth in the field, for a life of doing something he truly enjoys.

The Olympics are wonderful, and a goal, and Brian would be honored to one day represent his country, but life, the tournaments and experiences along the way ,and how one handles winning,as well as losing is what will define him. He has always been taught good sportsmanship, and manners, and exemplifies it always,on and off the competition ring's.

Brian help's our family in a continuous effort to assist children in need.He volunteers time to events that raise money for East Tennessee Childrens Hospital, the Sexual abuse centers of Cambell Co.,Shop with a Cop,and many other organizations. He does so freely, and loves it as well, and says he will always continue to do so in his adult ife.

Our History: Brian only began Tae-Kwan Do at the age of 9,but has rapidly moved up the ranks. In the 2005 year,Brian began a soft, partial schedule of competing, and did very well in his limited action.Placing in the top 5 in a major tournament, and winning events ,placing 2nd and 3rd also in other categories of competition
Brian is trained by 4th degree Black belt Matthew Miller at the Tennessee Academy of Martial Art's.Brian is also trained by his father, a former deputy sheriff who has had training in the Tae-Kwan do field,as well as other self defense fields as well.

His training is vigourous 6 days a week, with light work-out's on some days to let his body rest and develop. He pushes his self to be the best he can be,thus his motto, "As Good as I wanna be !"
